Built for organisers who sell seats
Multi-supplier workspaces
One tenant can operate many suppliers, each with its own catalog and payouts.
Role-based team access
Owner, Admin, Manager, Staff, and Gate roles, with optional supplier scoping.
Checkout that holds inventory
Timed holds protect capacity until payment confirms or the hold expires.
Payments for local and card rails
Stripe Connect, Paymob, and Fawry adapters sit behind one checkout flow.
The problem
Most teams did not choose a stack of disconnected tools. They inherited a website form, a spreadsheet for capacity, a separate door app, and a payment link that does not talk to any of them.
01
Catalog, widgets, box office, and the gate live in different tools, so staff work from conflicting numbers.
02
Holds, deposits, extras, and partner bookings are handled by hand, which slows the desk and invites mistakes.
03
It is hard to see remaining capacity, today’s orders, redeem rates, and payouts in one place.
04
Customers bounce between a website form, a payment link, and a PDF ticket that the gate cannot trust.
The platform
Ticketing Experts centralizes the workflow a ticketing business actually runs: what you sell, what is left, who booked, who paid, and who got in.

Onboarding
The path matches the product: register, land in a provisioned workspace, add a product, then sell and scan.
01
Register with your work email. Confirm the address, then sign in. There is no separate sales tenant to wait for.
02
On first sign-in, Ticketing Experts creates a tenant workspace, a default supplier, and an Owner membership for you.
03
Create a product, configure ticket types, availability, and rates, then connect a payment provider in Settings.
04
Publish a widget, take POS orders, register gate devices, and invite staff with the right role.
05
Watch remaining capacity, refunds, scans, and payouts from one supplier workspace — add more suppliers when you need them.
Who it's for
If you sell timed entry, tours, shows, or attraction tickets — and you need inventory, payments, and a gate — this workspace is built for that job.
Use cases
Each path maps to a module that already exists in the supplier workspace.
Outcomes
These are operational outcomes of a connected catalog, checkout, gate, and reports — not invented ROI percentages.
Catalog, checkout, POS, gate, customers, and reports sit in one supplier workspace instead of a chain of apps.
The dashboard and reports read confirmed orders, remaining capacity, and scan activity from the same database.
A widget on your site can hold inventory, take payment, and email a QR the gate can verify.
Start with one supplier. Add more when you need separate catalogs and payouts without a new product.
Why Ticketing Experts
A side-by-side of the usual ticketing stack versus a connected supplier workspace.
| Traditional workflow | Ticketing Experts |
|---|---|
| Website, box office, and gate in separate tools | One workspace for catalog, POS, widgets, and scanning |
| Manual holds over email or WhatsApp | Timed inventory holds in checkout, across every channel |
| One payment account for every brand | Per-supplier Stripe Connect payouts under one tenant |
| Partners oversell from a static allotment | Reseller API keys book live sessions against a credit limit |
| Screenshots at the door | Signed QR tickets, device logs, and redeem status |
| Month-end spreadsheets for sales and scans | Dashboard KPIs, reports, and CSV export when you need them |
Industries
The product is a ticketing operations platform. These industries match how it is actually used: timed inventory, payments, partners, and a gate.
Integrations
Only providers that are wired in the application. PayPal, Adyen, and calendar apps appear as coming soon in settings and are not listed here as live.
Card checkout and per-supplier Express payouts
Onboard a supplier, create payment intents on the connected account, and take the platform application fee on capture.
Local card acquiring when the adapter is configured
Intention API plus webhook HMAC verification, behind the same payment provider interface as Stripe.
Fawry charge and callback when credentials are set
Charge and callback adapters on the same checkout confirm path as other providers.

Account confirmation, team invites, ticket QR emails, and refund notices.
Authentication, Postgres, and media storage
Email/password sessions, tenant data, and asset uploads to Storage.
Your analytics on the booking widget
Optional Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta pixel IDs on each published widget.
Security
We describe authentication, roles, isolation, and ticket signing as implemented. We do not claim SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI, or HIPAA certifications.
Supabase Auth with httpOnly session cookies. Production requires HTTPS on the app URL.
Membership roles gate navigation and server actions. Gate staff can be limited to devices and the scanner.
Queries are scoped by tenant (and usually supplier). Postgres RLS policies add a second layer on tenant-owned tables.
QR payloads are HS256 JWTs signed with a server secret. Devices can verify authenticity offline.
Optional Upstash rate limits on checkout and voucher routes. CORS and embed origin allowlists.
Reseller and channel API keys are stored hashed. Invites expire after seven days.
