Terms of service

By creating a workspace or using the platform you agree to use it lawfully for selling and validating event tickets. You are responsible for the accuracy of catalog, pricing, capacity, and customer communications under your tenant.

Each supplier under a tenant is an independent payout entity when Stripe Connect (or another payment provider) is connected. Platform fees are calculated per your commercial agreement with Digital Experts.

The service is provided “as is.” We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Inventory holds expire; oversell protection relies on database constraints and hold logic.
